Ever wonder what fashion mavens were craving to find more information on this year? Between day-to-day industry news, designer departures and the typical fashion questions every girl’s curious to find out, keeping up with the latest and greatest answers this year easily turned into a task.
Luckily, thanks to a few masterminds over at Google, the tech gurus revealed their annual list of the top trending searches of 2015. And within those top ten lists, exposes the designers and fashion topics we (the lovers of the style world) were interested in (or just too embarrassed to ask our fashionable colleagues about!).
Karl Lagerfeld takes the #7 spot on the Most Googled Fashion Designer’s list

As far as designers go, Raf Simons took the number one spot when it came to the ‘most googled’ creative genius – and we’re guessing that had a lot to do with his unexpected departure from Dior, causing a stir in the fashion world. Following Simons were designers like Shoshanna Lonstein Gruss, Giambattista Valli and Thakoon Panichgul. And while we were puzzled that Olivier Rousteing of Balmain didn’t make the cut, no list would be complete without noteworthy names like Karl Lagerfeld, who took the number seven spot.
But along with notable fashion designers were the top style questions that every inquiring mind thinks about. Topping the list was the question, “How do I walk in heels?” followed by searchers wanting to know what to wear on their first day of school and how to fray jeans – which is a very statement-making trend to flaunt, if you ask us.
