We’re finally at the mid point of Milan Fashion Week, and it’s safe to say the runways have reached their peak. Day three brought brands like Sportmax, Tod’s and Versace to the catwalk, all with one specific woman in mind: the rebellious.
Toughening things up this season, Versace went for power – all the while incorporating animal prints into the mix. A military-inspired foundation tempered the range, with structured jackets, tailored shorts and star-studded lapels making an appearance. But that didn’t stop the offset of embellished slips and body-shimmering dresses that showed the perfect hints of skin.

Tod’s on the other hand, delivered a more rock ‘n roll rebel that showed face with laser cut details, paper-bag inspired trousers and peplum edges for a bit of femininity. Hardened embellishments had some time to shine, with metal accents spread across lengthening jackets, a perforated skirt (that we fell in love with, btw!), and an array of metallics.
Anna Molinari gave Blumarine’s rebel a futuristic makeover that was undeniably eye-catching. Iconic florals were paired with black, and embroidered flowers even had a laser-cut touch to them. How much more rebel can you get?
